- If there is such a guide, which undoubtedly would be useful, it would
- have the problem that printed and video/rgb monitor colors are hellish to
- match, since they're different kinds of light (printed colors are
- reflected, video colors are emitted). The Pantone or Mecanorma color
- swatch books (widely available at art supply stores) are mainly for
- printed color matching, and while I use them a lot to >>>TRY<<< to
- approximate some client's logos colors, so far no Amiga program I use has
- adopted them (I use LightWave, Imagine, ADPro, DPaint, Brilliance, Scala,
- Montage, Forge...); with ShapeShifter, I'm able to use Photoshop and
- Illustrator, which support Pantone and many other color systems, to
